On 28th April as a part of celebration of ” World Day for Safety and Health at Work Place” Department of Microbiology,Nootan Medical College and Research Centre,Visnagar has organised workshop on “Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Practice” for MBBS students. Various topics like hand hygiene,PPE kit Doning-Dooffing, sterilization, Hospital Infection Prevention were covered in workshop. Demonstration was also given to students by faculties. Dr. Tanmay Mehta, NHL Medical College was guest speaker for Workshop. Dr.Himanshu Joshi,Dean,NMCRC and Dr.Parul Shah ,Professor and Head, Microbiology Department inaugurated the workshop. Workshop was organised under the guidance of Shri Prakashbhai Patel,President,Sankalchand Patel University and Provost Dr.D.J.Shah.
