*Successful conducted Visualizing Biochemistry: Charts and Models Competition 2025, Organized by Biochemistry Department, Nootan Medical College & Research Centre, Sankalchand Patel University Visnagar.*

The Biochemistry Department of Nootan Medical College & Research Centre, Visnagar, organized the “Visualizing Biochemistry: Charts and Models Competition 2025” on 23rd May 2025. The primary objective of the event was to encourage students to creatively interpret and present biochemical concepts through visual models and charts, promoting both scientific understanding and innovation.

The competition was held at the Biochemistry Department from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A total of 150 students of first year MBBS participated with well-crafted charts and models covering a range of topics such as enzyme action, metabolic pathways & diseases, molecular structures, and genetic mechanisms.
Participants were evaluated based on:
• Scientific accuracy
• Creativity and innovation
• Clarity of explanation
• Presentation and visual impact
A panel of faculty members judged the entries and interacted with students to assess their depth of understanding.

After careful evaluation, the top two entries for charts and top two entry models were awarded prizes. All participants were presented with certificates of participation, and winners received trophies and certificates in recognition of their outstanding work.
