The MS in General Surgery program provides comprehensive training in surgical techniques, patient management, and emergency procedures. It prepares students to perform various surgical interventions, manage trauma cases, and handle critical care situations effectively.
Educational Goals:
Develop expertise in general, laparoscopic, and emergency surgeries.
Master preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care.

General Eligibility Criteria for MD & MS Programs:
Academic Qualification: Must have an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.
Internship: Completion of a one-year compulsory rotating internship before admission.
Entrance Exam: Must qualify for NEET-PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate).
Medical Council Registration: Permanent or provisional registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) / Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council is required.
