The Department of Microbiology at Nootan Medical College and Research Centre, affiliated with Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar is dedicated to excellence in education, research and diagnostics. Department have a well-equipped museum, department library and practical room to facilitate comprehensive learning. Department of microbiology strive to equip students with a strong foundation in the science of microorganisms and their significance in health and disease. Department of microbiology is actively involved in research activities and we have state-of-the-art molecular laboratory accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). This facility is equipped with advanced instruments and technologies for conducting molecular diagnostics and research. Our central laboratory is equipped with advanced automated instruments ensuring high-quality diagnostic services.
